I have the unsubscribe to our newsletter showing on my home page but do not have a subscribe to our newsletter on my home page where and how would I do that

The Subscribe option appears on the Create Account page.

I have a tiny log in at the top of the page near the logo and can see it there, is there anyway that I can have a create an account and a subscribe to our newsletter in one of the side panel blocks? if so how would I do that ?
