Discount Coupon not excluding Shipping charges

I am assuming you have the same settings on the Discount Coupon ot_coupon in the Modules ... Order Totals ... and that the Discount Coupon is still set to 40.00 with no restrictions ...

Correct, I haven't changed those settings at all.

I've no idea what I did wrong - I usually don't have any trouble applying changes like this and it looks the same side by side. At any rate I'll take it with MANY thanks. :)
