My guess is that you have either an extra or missing <div> or </div> tag in your ezpage text that is causing the problem.

Have you tried using firefox or chrome and the web developer tools to pinpoint where the change needs to be made?

I do not quite understand how to add "product description" and "product details" to the catalog so they show in the proper places on a mobile device?

I love the template though.

You don't have to do anything separate in the admin side for description or details on mobile devices. Maybe you have not applied the necessary patch to this template? Search back in the thread for the patch.

Hi Anne,
I have installed the temple @ http://ffpetsupplies.co. There are a couple of issues so far.
When I follow the instructions for turning off the side boxes the box remain on the site, even after clearing the browser cache. I found the only way to remove them was to turn off the left/right column status.

Should the side boxes remain after setting Show this Box @ Min-Width to off?

The demo has side boxes so I would guess I should show them as well.

What is the reason behind turning off Show this Box @ Min-Width?

Secondly the "ACTIVATE Responsive Template by selecting Column Widths" is not showing in configuration/layout settings.
Did the sql patch step fail?
When I installed the sql patches I followed the notes on the admin page instead of the instruction page of the template.
The note says:
"NOTE: Zen Cart database-upgrade scripts should NOT be run from this page.
Please upload the new zc_install folder and run the upgrade from there instead for better reliability."
I chose each file and (one at a time) and uploaded them. In both cases I got a confirmation message at the top of the admin page that a certain number of expressions had been received or whatever the case.

Is that to be expected in ZC version 1.5.0?

I've been working with the side boxes and comparing to the demo and I think I am on the right track there. This is a very sharp looking template.

I am not sure what you have done wrong, but the "activate responsive template ..." should be in admin--configuration--layout settings.
