    Default Need help with Dual Pricing

    Hello,

    I tried posted this is the correct place but I have a feeling the creator is no longer monitoring the thread. Does anyone know how to handle this?

    Hello,

    I am using zen cart 1.39H and also have installed the 'dual pricing' module. It works great, wholesale customers get 10%.

    The issue though is that the client offers 10% off and free shipping if someone orders 12 bottles.

    Well they dont' want the wholesale customers to receive free shipping if they are a wholesale customer. The additional 10% discount is fine though. Iave looked and can't find a similar issue posted on the forum.

    Any help to get this figured out would be appreciated

    Double posting is kinda frowned upon here.. Posting your inquiry in a NEW thread isn't going to get anymore of a response than posting it in the correct support thread..

    This is a community run forum, and add-ons are also community run.. This means that folks other than the module author may respond to questions.. Now because it's community run there's a number of reasons why you may not get a response to your question.. No response doesn't always mean that the "creator is no longer monitoring the thread". Sometimes it means no one has an answer to your question, OR perhaps folks have been busy, OR the answer requires some level of customizing that may be the scope of the creator's knowledge..

    Understood, but the Dual Pricing support thread is the best place to get help for the Dual Pricing add-on versus starting a new thread... I would suggest searching that thread for the word "shipping".. what you are asking isn't something new.. I've seen other posts with a similar topic (disable a shipping module for wholesale customers) in that thread..
