Latest Plugin for CKEditor not downloading

Hello:

I just attempted to download the latest version of CKEditor by kuroi and it won't download. Anyone know what is wrong?

I would also like to download CKEditor plugin for tables but don't know how to do that with my website. Can anyone help there? There are no instructions like there is available with ZenCart plugins.

I was talking about the CKEditor website where I downloaded the Table plugin. There are no specific instructions on downloading each folder. In other words, where they go. As far as the download goes, this is what I get and it won't download:

downloads_php?do=file&id=1098&uid=4947&act=down&actionhash=1391231370-5735bc24ca9430ba658ea7e9ca835b9edcd33627

Customize your own CKEditor build using their website.
Click their download button.
This will download a ckeditor_xxxxxxxx.zip file to your PC.
Unzip it.
This will create a ckeditor folder on your PC.
Upload that ckeditor folder to your server, replacing the /editors/ckeditor folder on your server.
Then you'll need to manually reconfigure any settings you broke by replacing the one customized for Zen Cart.
