I want to change my template from picaflor to themeforest will I lose all my information? I found a template I really life and have already spent a lot of time adding products and tons of attributes.

None of your products, orders, customers, shipping and payment configuration will be lost. Just make sure that any addons wich involve template overrides are taken into consideration and their template specific coding appears under the new template name.
