Default Fantastico didnt install my sample test data :(

    Hello,
I used Fantastico but it didnt install all the test data.
Is there a way to add it now or its too late?
Any help would be appreciated ;)

Not uncommon that Fantastico fouls up.

Suggest to remove your installation (files and DB) and start from scratch, but install ZC as instructed in the docs folder - don't use Fantastico.

You don't actually need to remove the database, just empty it (check all the tables and select "with selected", drop tables).
Then you can use the user & password you already have set up instead of making them over again.

I thought Fantastico had a good reputation? sigh

Gijh, not sure what you are suggesting? Most posts are about how to GET RID of the sample data, but I would like
it to play with ZC to help with the initial set up :)

Almost every time someone uses a one click solution... they find out that erasing it all and manually installing Zen Cart does two things...
1 - Helps them walk through the process of installing a Zen Cart out of the box properly

2 - Prevents the mess of errors that haunt the one click installation

Plus you'll learn how Zen Cart works in it's native habitat :)
