Include suppliers product code

When a customer places an order, an email gets sent to my supplier with the details and my product code.

My supplier then uses a cross reference sheet with my product code to locate there product code.

The supplier then sends the product to the customer.

so drop shipping .

I would like to automate this process by including the suppliers product code in the email.

However of coarse i do not want my customers to see my suppliers code.

has anyone got an idea of how this can be achieved ?

You may need to add a bit of programming to the email process to achieve the desired results.
