First Class Mail not showing

Hello,
i have recently noticed that during checkout First Class Mail doesn not show as an option for customers, even though IT IS chosen as an option in my admin panel...
I have recently added Tracking Option to the profile...Do you think this is the reason?
And if so how do i go about it so i offer it to customers, but still offer them first class mail?

Most likely, you are not running the most recent USPS March 7, 2014 K3 shipping module ...

I will check with our IT guys to make sure we have/do not have it...
The customer usually let us know when she get a notficiation from USPS for any updates....
