I have enabled Paypal payment pro in my zencart (version 1.3.9b) website but while trying to checkout I am getting the following error message.
10713 [] Invalid Data. There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a country in the billing address
I have searched and tried all the possible solution available in the web but nothing helped.
Please help me find the solution.
Its very urgent....

v1.3.9 was released in 2010. There have been a large number of bugfixes since then, as well as adaptations for changes implemented by PayPal.
Start with the latest version of Zen Cart first..
