    Default Unable to use USPS shipping module

    I have a customer trying to place an order but they are only getting "store pickup" as an option.
    My USPS module has been activated for years and has always worked fine. This customer is in Canada while I am in the US. I just had another customer from the US place an order yesterday and it processed normally. I created a test account and when I choose an address in the US, it gives me shipping options, but when I set it to a Canadian address, I only get store pickup and the module says:

    We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
    If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
    (Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

    I was having the same issue with international shipping, so I installed the new version. Then with the new version, it wasn't showing rates for anything. I had to re-install the old usps module. Any ideas what might be wrong?

    What version Zen Cart are you running?

    Do you know if cURL is running on your server?

    You can check with:
    your_domain.com/extras/curltester.php

    What version php?

    When you were trying to use the USPS March 7, 2014 K3 version, were there any debug logs in the /logs (this will be /cache directory in older versions of Zen Cart)?

    Running v1.3.9h

    Not sure about cURL..when I go to that url, I get a page not found, so I'm assuming not.

    php version 4.4.7

    Didn't see any debug logs

    Do you have on your site the directory and file:
    your_domain.com/extras/curltester.php

    If not, look at a clean v139h and load that directory to your server so that you can run the curltester.php file ...
