Page creation and Nav Bar

Ok so i created a page on our zen cart.

Here is the thing. I can't figure out how to put the page in the nav bar. I know that sounds simple but I can not figure it out. We want our see inside as the first tab on the nav bar.

That navbar is something you have created and added to the Classic template, so use the Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for one of the link names (FAQ, for example) to see where you did it.
