    Default SSL Seal

    Zencart 1.5.1

I am wondering if anyone can help..
I have just had my SSL installed on my website pewterworld .co .uk and am looking to have my seal showing on the Header next to my logo.
I have so much going on in side boxes already ,so don't want to add yet another if I can help it.
oh have tried ez-pages but it doesn't insert the image was hoping that would work
    The code is
    <a href="https://www.positivessl.com" style="font-family: arial; font-size: 10px; color: #212121; text-decoration: none;"><img src="https://www.positivessl.com/images-new/PositiveSSL_tl_white.png" alt="SSL Certificate" title="SSL Certificate" border="0" /></a>

Hope there is a way to do it

    Thank You in advance

You want that seal in the header? It's usually placed in sideboxes or footer, but OK...

What you need to do is:
    1. edit your includes/templates/robbo_red/common/tpl_header.php and find where your div id logoWrapper ends.
    2. create a new div, let's say div id sslHeader
    3. paste your code inside that div
    4. edit your includes/templates/robbo_red/css/stylesheet.css and add the following at the end of the file:
    Code:
    #sslHeader {float:left;}
    That should do it.

phew that was a close call..That first code crashed my entire site with a db_cache error ..Took about 20 mins to clear and was panicking as I have only just got my site the way I want it ... Think I will get someone else to do it for me as I have lost all confidence in tinkering with the site

Hm... Sorry to hear that, but this is supposed to be a very simple modification. Adding a new div could ONLY cause a messed up layout, but not a db_cache error. And, unless you've done something really weird, it shouldn't even cause a blank page... Worst case scenario would be other elements misaligned or scattered around...

I dunno what I did tbh ...Not blaming you at all ,more that usual it's me doing something wrong.
I often get the out of line and white page website which is normally rectified by remove the code I put in.
At time of my last posting I was more relieved than anything when I wrote that...
I got a guy from fiverr that has been doing a lot of work for me and is quite reliable
