My admin menu is blank after login via www.domain.co.za/adminpanel
I have attached the error message I get when using IE, on all other browsers there is no message. I have checked the logs file and could not find any errors, please help.

Did a quick test this morning. When I install v1.5.0 everything works like a charm, but when I install v1.5.3 I am not able to see any menu items after login to my admin panel.

What are your log files telling you? It's obvious that some file is not loading but it could be an incorrect config file.
