    Default Repsonsive template installation

I am wanting to install one of the responsive templates, but am not sure how to rename the files in the instructions,
when I install my zencart I dont have it in a folder just directly in my public html folder of my cpanel, what do I rename the folders to?
    Thank you

I would recommend checking the readme file for the template that you want to install for installation instructions.

    Thanks,

    Anne

Unless some template files are in non-override locations (which should not usually be the case) you don't need to rename any folders for a template installation. The location of the Zen Cart base is irrelevant to the file structure inside ZC. You would upload the template folders to the correct location inside ZC according to the instructions.

Hi Anne am choosing between two of your templates and have read the install instructions, its what to change the name to on the files in preparing the files to upload that I am not sure of as my zen cart is not in a folder for example "shop" but directly in the public html folder, or if I upload the file through the file manager rather than filezilla do I need to actually change the folder names or not ?

Using Filezilla, you would navigate to the root in both local and remote views, so that the /includes/ folder is displayed in the lower list in each case. Upload the /includes/ folder (and any others that should go in your server) from local to remote.
