USPS Standard Post Setting is not returning rates

That is really odd to work for Production Server and not the Test Server ...

Tell them you are getting back the error:

sports guy, you have a very unusual circumstance where your USPS Web Tools User ID works on the Production Server and not the Test Server.

I have contacted USPS about this to find out how this happens, and they said there are some scenarios where this could happen. They asked if they should grant you test access ... so I told them *duh* that this would be nice ...

This was done via email so hopefully they will get to this sooner rather than later ...
