No USPS shipping options if order total over $1000

This was working fine up to a week of so ago. Now any order over $1000 will not give a estimated shipping options (just show address but no available methods) and during checkout the shipping screen doesn't give any choices. If you remove an item to lower the cost everything pops right up. Any ideas? I appreciate any help!

It looks like this has to do with the cart verifying COD. I do not have this option turned on in the USPS module. If I turn on the logs I get this for a failed attempt:

We are getting the same issue in our Zen cart during orders. Seems any order over $919 will not generate any USPS postage methods. Anything that is $919 and less will show postage rates. This issue started on Friday Sept 26th when USPS retired their old module V3 and went to a new one V4. We spoke with USPS tech support on Monday 29th and they said they had some problems with one of their servers. however, whatever the problem is we still have the issue not being able to generate any postage over items that cost or total more then $919. We installed the latest USPS module today, and still have issues with postage not being generated over store totals of $919. The new module has also added another problem, any postage that is priority mail is not showing up either on any order. Only Express delivery. Yes, we do have priority methods selected in the module, but they are not generating on any orders. Not sure what is exactly causing this, a bad module, security issues? Who knows. We have added UPS module to at least be allowed to ship to our customers, otherwise when they order and get into Step 1 they cannot move into Step 2 to finish their order, since there are no available shipping methods. This is horrible as some customers, getting frustrated moved on to place orders with other competitors while some have emailed us with their concerns and we have had to complete their orders by hand and bill them via Paypal. I hope someone can please help find the solution. USPS is really no help and saying they are looking into it. Anyone have a solution? I feel the pain.

Currently using Zen cart V1.5.1 and using USPS Version Date
2014-09-07.

USPS is aware of this problem and should be announcing a solution in the next couple days ...

This is happening on quotes of $1000.01 or greater (this includes orders where tax increases the amount to $1000.01 or more) ...

I have the same module (9/7/2014) installed and priority mail is working fine for all our other orders below the $1000 order total. My guess is that when you installed the latest module that you didn't reenter the USPS Web Tools User ID code in the settings?

No USPS has something broken on their Production server that is causing this ...

I did see that things are starting to work on the Test Server for Orders of $1000.01 so maybe this is an indication that there is a solution to be soon coming to the Production Server ...

I have not had confirmation from USPS that quotes for orders over $1000.00 is working, but it appears to be working today ...
