Black Block / Bar - How to remove?

Please have a look at our website www.trophyjunction.co.za
At the very top of the page (above the logo) is a black block or bar.
I want to remove this but all the things I've tried make no difference.

Does anyone have an idea of how to remove this?

In your stylesheet go to line 332 to and you will see

#topmenubar {
    background: none repeat-x scroll 0 0 #000;
    height: 55px;
    width: 850px;
}

You can remove this block, or change the values
