Thanks for your reply! Yes, I have double and triple checked both the username and the password in my database with those in my configure.php files and they are identical. The GoDaddy tech also checked my files for me and saw that everything was correct. That's why this is so strange... I've even restored all my files from a backup I had before all this happened and I'm still having issues. I don't know what else to do. At this point, I'm thinking I'll have to abandon Zen-Cart and find another shopping cart. =(

Have you verified all of the physical paths as well? Have you tried installing a second copy of Zen Cart (new location and db), letting the installer create new "configure.php" files on your behalf (as well as letting it recheck the hosting environment)?
