Upgrade to 1.5.4 and now admin page is blank

I upgraded v. 1.5.1 to v. 1.5.4 and the front end looks fine...but my admin is just a blank page. The way I upgraded was as described in the ZC information....I did have some problems with my host (godaddy) resetting the connection but I double checked to make sure everything uploaded. I used zc_install to upgrade - importing my old database and upgrading it. There is no source code on the blank admin page. The old version, a duplicate of the new upgraded store, works fine so I don't think it's htaccess. I've tried re-uploading files, I double checked the config files to make sure they were correct for store2 and there has been no customization in the admin area. I've tried everything suggesed here: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page but nothing has worked. I really don't know what to do next. Thanks for your assistance in advance!

How many myDebug-xxxxx.log files are in your /logs/ folder on the server?

Probably close to 100....I've been trying to figure this out for 2 days... here is the most recent one:

Thank you. I'm betting the PHP version was the problem - possibly with other server issues....It appears I will be reinstalling on a new server as the server it was on was too old according to the host and won't support a newer version of php. So hoping this solves the problem. I'll let you know. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
