Page title changes to Waiting for ...

I am creating a site under my own site for someone. I will move it after its complete. I'm hoping that might help the current issue. I changed the title name that shows up on the IE tab to the company's name. Instead of showing that now, it shows ... Waiting for Spiritjewelry.org which is my site. Will that correct once its hosted on its own?

The "waiting for" sounds like it's from your browser (ie: IE) telling you it's waiting for the site to respond.

It's definitely got nothing to do with Zen Cart.
