Created a new product type, Images no longer work

Hi There,

I have created a new product type and for some reason now the image links do not seem to work. As you can see on the following page:

When you click on the main image, it simply links back to /# whereas it should open a lightbox, also the additional images dont display.

Whereas if you look at a link where I use the product general:

http://kitchen-warehouse.com/index.p...products_id=89

The image opens fine.

What have I done wrong?!

Okay, So this is driving me nuts now.

It doesn't seem to be the template file as I have swapped it out for the normal template file that is working, the images still dont show and the light-box still doesn't work

No Additional images seem to be loading up.

It seems to be something missing from when I have created the new product type I believe but I cannot be sure what!

The additional images do seem to work actually, as seen here:

But they are displaying incorrectly. This must be something to do with the javascript? not loading correctly on that product types page? Again im not sure all im doing is guessing.

Also not sure about posting one after another on the forums.

The template appears to be heavily built on say JavaScript or Ajax or something more than just HTML display code. Even the additional images of the "working" product had Uris like the new product type. Further there is more in display of additional images than just the tpl_product_info_default or related file. As for the light box, typically there is an additional JavaScript file that is loaded into the applicable includes/modules/pages folder or a sub folder of that. Check out the differences between includes/modules/pages/product and the directory for your new product type. There also may be an observer/notifier action missing from your template related files to know what to do when.

The wonderful lat9 fixed my issue, the problem was:

Essentially that template-specific module was loading the ElevateZoom processing on the product-info pages … that it knew about! The fix was changing the file /includes/modules/template/js_header.php in 3 places (each marked with //bof and //eof sections).
