Custom Template Problem

I am having a problem with the admin choose template function.

I followed the instructions in the FAQ "How do I create a new Custom Template?" and created the new template and copied to a custom folder.

The problem is that when I enter the admin / tools to choose the template I now get the following internal server error message:

"The website cannot display the page" Http 500

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Do you have any error logs in your logs folder (ZC 1.5.1+) or cache folder (ZC 1.5.0-)?

Beyond that, may need to provide more information such as directory structure in the area of includes/templates
and the template_info.php file within your specific template folder
