Thank you Ajeh for adding hooks in USPS to block mediamail

I needed to customize the latest USPS to block media mail for some master categories. I read through the forum discussion that is more than two years old and was wondering whether they would work with the new version of USPS. I am very thankful to AJEH for pre-coding all the customization required for blocking select mail for select categories in the latest USPS.php. All you need to do is change false to true and fill in the master category number and the mail you want to block. Everything works perfectly. Big thanks to Ajeh.
