IPN issue, notification isn't coming back from PayPal successfully

Hello Everyone,

We recently got the IPN problem, which is the normal symptoms such as paypal received payment but no order log recorded in our cart, because we did not edit anything recently, I assume it either cause by paypal or by our server, I got the ipntest result and paypal debug log here, could anyone please help us point out which could cause the problem?

I knew we should use paypal express checkout to instead Website Payments Standard, however, we still want use website payments standard to receive the card payment.

Seeing some information that doesn't help *ME* but may help others to help you.

Been a while since I've had to troubleshoot this part of the store. So, you're saying you have a need to use Website Payments Standard, please explain that need so that a way out of this can be found.

Appears in one of the tests, which is part of the info that I wasn't sure about, that SSL3 is used... Makes me wonder if the fixes of: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...yment-security

The fact that CURL appears to be having an issue (again not sure if SSL3 related or if the "latest" version of the curltester is being used which is already incorporated into ZC 1.5.1 and more recent versions are available from the same location of say ZC 1.5.4. There may also be changes that need to be applied to the paypal files to support continued use through ZC 1.5.1.

I really am only making suggestions from potential issues and observations on this one. I don't have a direct answer, but am posing other areas to investigate as part of the solution.

I have contact my server and they state that both port 80 and port 433 are opened for both side.

I guess may be they did any changes on their firewall setting, because it was ok weeks ago, and still waiting for their checking.
