@package Configuration Settings circa 1.5.3
After moving to a new server we can no longer log in to the admin system. I've done the manual reset via phpmyadmin with no luck. I have noticed that after an unsuccessful login the encrypted password (Admin in plain text ) changes from:
351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b
to
$2y$10$CbvV5TEcxMhV5TzNwraU1e3hVw8amtPo20OTC/cFHG8bE9eQTCylq
when viewed in PHPmyadmin.
By failing to log in, it rejects the new default password. When I have a new password mailed to me it allows me to start logging in but fails when it forces me to immediately change my password. It rejects the attempt to change, calling the new password invalid, which it's not.
If I roll back my version of php to something earlier the problem of it changing the encrypted password in the database goes away, but it fails to log me in, giving me a blank page after the login attempt.
A zenAdminID cookie is being set but I notice that happens before a login attempt even occurs so that is probably a non issue.
This seems like it may be a php configuration issue more than anything else.
All logins on the customer side are working.
We're not using an ssl certificate for any of this.
Any thoughts?
