Sub Categories not displaying

I am running 1.5.4.
One of my categories does not display the subcategory page.
I do not know when this change, I just saw now that if I click the main category it opens one of the products, it does not open the sub category page.

The one that is not working is:

an example of how it should work is:

Any idea why the first one does not display the category page? The sub categories are active and there are active products in the sub category page.

Check that you do not have any products under "electrical" only sub categories
