How Do I Stop Getting Spammed By Picaflor Emails?

1.5.5, using Sheffield Responsive Blue on a test site and getting daily/weekly emails from Anne @ Picaflor saying "I can improve your mobile site".
This is constant and driving me nuts. I love Anne's templates but this is insanity.

Maybe block their IP in your .htaccess if they are doing it through your contact page.

They're emailing the store admin email, not through a form.

There's a new (revised?) plugin (haven't tried it yet) called Block E-mail Manager. I've been contemplating capturing the specific email address and treating it alternately. Further, based on a related but now closed post in the forum, the individual potentially sending the message is not directly her, but "supporting" her.

Beyond that, it's interesting to note all the things that are "suggested" and just how much "effort" was taken to provide that list of suggestions... In particular when so many things identified are just plain wrong.

I'll give that plugin a try and see what happens, thanks for the suggestion. I believe I saw that post and I recall it being someone on her team who said they would stop doing it at once but it has continued daily to the point of being flat-out annoying. It's a poor way to attempt to gain a client-base, especially when a large percentage of the emails are going out to people learning like me lol.
