Email Address Exporter Not Working

PLUGIN INSTALLED:
Add-On: Email Address Exporter Admin Tool
Designed for: Zen Cart v1.5.1 - compatible with v1.5.5, v1.5.4, v1.5.3, v1.5.2, v1.5.1, v1.5.0 and v1.3.9

I installed this on one of my sites a few days ago and it worked great. I just installed it on my othet site and I am getting this error message when trying to execute:


Export File Format:
CSV
Please choose the desired recipient list:
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.


Both sites use 1.5.1 as well as the same template. Don't know what could be causing this.

If you get this message then most likely you will have an entry in your logs folder. Check that and it may give you a clue about what is wrong.
