Client sends a GV to a customer; customer loses it and calls back months later saying he can't find it.

I was able to track down the code looking at the Email archive manager.

Without this, I could have looked at the coupon_email_track table via SQL - but I don't see anything the client could have done to track this down by themselves.

Is there a need for a tool that can query the coupon_email_track for all GVs sent to a specified customer? This is the first time I have heard of this problem but I wondered if it troubled other folks.
