Trying to edit 2 files

I have a little notice at the top of these two pages but I can't find where to edit the notice...

index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping
index.php?main_page=shopping_cart

I was thinking it would be in

includes/languages/english

but it's not there, can anyone help?

It's not in the define pages area either. I found the CSS for it there, but not the text itself.

The only files in includes/languages/english/crista_blue are:

header.php
index.php

My fault it will in the file structure before YOUR TEMPLATE, which you want to edit the core and place in crista_blue

Yup, found the file here: includes/languages/english
shopping_cart.php

But the notice text isn't there

is there, but not the red text: There is a $5 added fee as consignment items ship separately from other store items

which we have included in those 2 pages I mentioned.

But right above that we have the notice:

Which I cannot locate.
