I was working on the admin part of my site when I was suddenly logged out due to inactivity.
When I log in, it immediately logs me out due to inactivity.
It's ok on the website side. I can log in to the website.
HELP!!

Never mind. Healed itself maybe. I uploaded a saved database backup and it was fixed. I then uploaded the saved database from today and it was still ok.
I'm thinking that maybe the time change affected it?

Sometimes odd login behaviour is due to cookie confusion, especially if you are working on a dev site at the same time: delete the cookies.

Yep... Torvista is probably correct.
These days, browsers (particularly Edge "Microsoft" & Chrome "Google") do their best to spy on us in an effort to grab as much private data from people as possible.
Who amongst us actually knows what Microsoft and Google are doing to take over our lives...
I sometimes have similar conflicts, so clicking the "lock" on the browser address bar and deleting site cookies and site data - then shutting down the browser, then re-opening and starting again... usually fixes the login conflicts.
