How to create a wish list?

I would like to post a wish list where prospective customers will post which products the they would like to see featured, they would have to include at least name and email.

Guess I will have to write something like: can't see what you looking for? Let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you, follows my contact info.
On another note, I will have to install the Spanish Language pack.

That wishlist mod is not for what you are wanting anyway. It is for customer to place existing products you already have on the website in a wishlist for purchasing later.
