Locked out of my website

I have two websites one of which is https://meteoriteshop.com/
A few days ago I tried to log into the admin panel https://meteoriteshop.com/zcadmin/in...from=index.php
It wont let me log in. It wont even tell me that I have an incorrect password. It just goes back to the login field. It wont even let me use the "Lost password" feature. If I try and send a link to the new password it just goes to the field again (It should say something along the lines of "If admin email is correct we will email you how to create a new password). I dont actually get a email.
Any ideas about what happened and why I cant log in??

First of all, change your admin directory name immediately.

Then AFTER you do that, start with https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/troub...ng/cant_login/ and go on to https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/troub...dmin_password/ if you need to.

Zen Cart 1.3.7 ? This might even be caused by an unsupported php version...

The docs don't really cover it because it's a dinosaur version, but it's pretty much the same using phpMyAdmin:

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin'; 
INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass) 
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b');

After you manage to reset your password, make sure you put an upgrade to the top of your priorities because 1.3.7 is not even a dinosaur anymore, it's already turned into oil...

Good catch. I keep forgetting to look at the top of the thread. Either that or it got lost in the lines on my bifocals.

Zen Cart 1.3.7 ?

It's quite alarming how many ZC websites I come across that have not been upgraded for years. Such sites are excellent fodder for hackers and cyber-criminals. Aside from a site not functioning, the risk to one's business is considerable.

I just completely destroyed my website and reinstalled zencart so my webpage now just has the generic zencart page.
But I still cant log in to the admin panel and it wont even let me try and reset a new password through the forgotten password function. Note that a message pops up saying "Connection not secure" so it might have something to do with that but I cant even overide that message. Any ideas?

You reinstalled v1.3.7, or a modern version?

Unless you changed the settings when you ran zc_install, the settings should be https:// and you should be accessing them using https and have an SSL in place for the site.
