Good day,
Does anyone have a Shipstation ZenCart shipping module plugin that can be added the shipping modules section in ZenCart Admin which can be configured to fetch/ display rates to customers?

Sadly no, this has not been done. Shipstation has an API and their rates (due to volume) are excellent, so it's a good idea.
