Fresh Install

Hello,

My first time installing Zen Cart. Version is 1.5.8a Using PHP 8

I didn't have any problem with the actual install, no errors or warnings. When finished, I removed the zc_install folder. Then I clicked on the link for my site and got this error

This page isn’t working www.crossstitchpassion.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I get the same error if I click on the admin link from the install page.

What permission should my includes/configure.php

I always had help from a younger friend before but not now. Just so you know, I am getting old 66, and not a bit techie.
Any help is appreciated.

how did you do the install?

it looks like you are missing this file:

not sure how many other files you may be missing...

I used Filezilla.

The file was uploaded but had 0 bytes, so I uploaded that file again and now the site seems to be fixed.

not sure how many other files you may be missing...
