    Default Shipping method issue

    Hi there

I have set my shopping cart up and i am nw doing a test run.

As a customer logged in i have a few products in my shopping cart.

I then go to check out step 1... Here i can see the delivery information and in the bottom right hand corner i can see a yellow button asking to continue.
When i click on continue button i come back to the same page and am unable to continue.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

    Thank you

It sounds like there were no shipping modules that would apply to the delivery address you supplied.

Okay.... im my shipping modules i am using the 'Zone Rates' settings.

I have created 7 zones - Uk, Europe, USA etc.... for this test purpose i am a test customer from the UK. The UK Zone rates are all entered correctly.

is there something i have missed adding through my admin side ?

... and what country-code did you identify for the UK when configuring that shipping module? I'm guessing that you used UK instead of GB.

In my modules > shipping options i have selected Zone rates.

I have created 7 zones and those zones will have different prices for the package weights posted.

So, for the UK i want to offer free postage on any packages weighing up to 2kg. Then there i will charge £10.50 for a maximum weight of 7kg

This is how that looks in the zones module. 2:0, 7:10.50,

would this be the right way that it is done?

That shipping module isn't going to like 2:0, 7:10.50, since

    1. There should not be intervening blanks.
    2. There should not be a comma (,) at the end.

Even with those corrections, the shipping module won't be available for any weight > 7kg.

I see, so if i will now change it on my side to ... > 2:10:7:10.50

I now get this message 'No shipping available to the selected country'

Closer, but from what you said before (free shipping up to 2kg), you need

    2:0,7:10.50
