Getting error when checking out using Paypal Express Checkout under Sandbox....

I was trying to setup the payment method with paypal. I got everything setup correctly with PayPal information. Then when I try to see if everything was working and I get this message:

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002) 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid

Couldn't go any further.

I did change my information and email I am still getting the same error. I have notice this was my old username API (orders_api1.morrisgiftshop.biz).

Every time I try create a new API credentials I am still getting the same username API instead of the galaxyhomedecor.us. How can I fix that in Paypal?

Yes, at first I started out as Morris Gift Shop then to 806 Web Designs then to Galaxy Home Decor. I may have to close this account and start a new one.
