The columbian spanish language pack had an error in it:
It had /admin/includes/spanish.php as the language file.
But, it should have been located in /admin/includes/languages/spanish.php
If you move the file to the correct folder, that error should go away.
The zip has been updated.

I have a functional Admin Spanish Language but the HTML Area doesnt work, It only works in English, also if you want have a bunch of buttons in spanish.
If some one know how to resolve this problem in zen 1.3.8 the exact error in te button of the page is:
