Error Message when trying to access Admin area

    Good morning!

If I have posted this in the wrong area, forgive me. I am a new user having just installed Zen Cart yesterday.

My question: I tried to access the Admin area to begin customizing it for my store. But receive the following message when I attempt to:

"Redirection limit for the URL exceeded. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked."

Can any of you tell me what this means and what I have to do to fix it?

    Thank-you! :)

In the upper nav bar is 'search', click it. Enter 'Redirection limit' in the box in the upper left, click go. You should get at least a dozen threads.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Hi, Kim!

Thanks for the suggestion of using search. I did search and found an excellent reply from wagemage who posted he fixed this error message by removing the trailing slash from the server definitions in the configure.php files.

wagemage, where specifically do I find the configure.php file you mention? I see it in a couple different folders. Is there any particular one I should change?

wagemage, I hope you can assist! (and thank-you!)
