Ok I got it fixed! The problem was I was using a fresh file of attributes_controller.php from the zencart file and not the one provided by dual pricing.
You should use the attributes_controller.php from dual pricing, insert the options_values_price_w on there and then upload it to the server!

I have the dual pricing module... i didn't realize it came with the attributes_controller.php as well.. do you have a link?

I would like to use Dual Pricing but concerned about the attributes problems. I installed an updated attributes controller to be able to make bulk attribute changes. Will this cause a problem since it is already installed?
