Product + Customer Id Reset

this is similar to another post that someone recently posted but kinda different i think.

when i first installed zencart i chose to install sample products and customers so when i deleted them manually. Any additional new customers or products ID would start at some huge number 20, 25, ect.

Is there a way I can reset it so new customers will assign from ID#1, ID#2... instead of like ID#25....


I know i could probably do it in the sql but is there an easier way?

I wouldn't mind reseting all product, customer information as well. Basiclly I want a fresh start on everything but I just want to keep my templates and other ezpages settings.
