Admin Login Does Not Display

This is a new Zen Cart install on a new host. I can get to the Zen cart itself but cannot display the admin login window. Attempts to display the login result in either a blank page or the prior page (zen cart) remaining on screen. The cart was installed via Fantastico/cPanel.

Zen cart version - 1.3.0

PHP Version 4.4.1

mySQL version 4.1.18

OS - Red Hat Linux kernel 2.4.20 on a VPS

I have the same problem. but
zencart 1.3.0.1
Linux
php 4.4.2
mysql 4.1.13

Get the Zen Cart Full set of v1.3.0.1

Then upload the files to your site in the same format as your current site to make sure that all files are current, up to date and that there are no file corruptions or missing files ...
