Coupon Creation Help

I cannot for the life of me get my -%15 coupon to work. I have set the coupon up inside the admin panel under the "Coupon Admin" area. When I place an order it tells me that I have used my coupon but it never takes the 15% off from the oder.

Can someone tell me what I am missing here? I'm really confused.
