Kuroi: thanks! That did the trick! I love the way the override system works. So I was surprised when it seemed like it didn't work for meta_tags.
Hi guys i know this is an old thread but the closest i could find to what i am looking for its is just above where the tag line was its the name of the store it appears over my logo
now if i take out the name of store in the admincp all e-mails that are sent have a blank field from who it is from
could you please assist as to where i can remove it
and i dont see where i can edit it in the header.php
thanks
A link to the site is usually more helpful than a static image of it. This proiblem is a good example of that, as only by going to your site can we see that behind the scenes your header template has been customised.
There is something strange about the structure of your site too. I can't see evidence of the normal template structure, so basically you're looking for a file called tpl_header.php which contains the followingYou will then want to delete the red bits and everything in between.<div id="nameWrapper">
stuff to generate that link and text that you don't want
</div>

hey thanks link to the site is www.aquadeezic.com
i got the template from here
http://www.imakewebsites.ca/
i did remove the image that was there before, is that a problem?
where about would i find the tpl_header.php file?
That's a broken link. I looked at it at http://www.cam-net.biz/shop/
As stated before, there's something slightly odd about the structure (or at least the installation) of your template. In particular, when I look at the location of your CSS file and your template images, the normal template folder appears to be missing. This in turn could cause problems to the over-ride system (this is described in the FAQ). As a result it's not possible to say where the changes about which you're asking have been made, and I'd recommend addressing your questions to the suppliers of this template.

No, I wouldn't say that. It might be fine, just implemented or installed in a non-standard way making it difficult for us to provide support here for it, since we can't see how the files are structured on your server. So it could be anything from absolutely fine to a pile of $%#@, we can't tell, but there's nothing in particular to suggest that its the latter.
