Default [Newbie] "Starting At" Price for Attributes

    Hey Folks,

Am hoping some Jedi might be able to aid me here. I've been working to get my head around attributes and I think it's all coming together, but I don't know if the following is possible. If it is, would love some pointers and/or links to relevant docs. Thanks in advance!

BACKGROUND: Some of the products on my clients store (she's selling supplements) have multiple sizes and prices.

    (1) For those with multiple quantity/prices, is it possible to display all prices in the Catalog view? Or, at worst, some kind of "Starting At" label? As it stands now for products with only one price, folks see that price. I'm worried customers might be confused on first blush.

    (2) Is it possible to display multiple prices in the catalog view? Something like:

    8 Tablets ($5.99)
    20 Tablets ($15.99)

Would like this info to be as clear and apparent as possible.

    Thanks,

    Anthony

If this is what you seek, look at Admin > catalog > Price manager > and add qty price discounts.

You could also create an option name and create an option value, select the product , add an option name and value repeat as necessary for other options names & values.

Then in the attribute controller, view product and select & display an option and set the attribute settings.

    i.e.

    option name = Eight
    Option Value = $5.99

    option Name = Twenty
    option value = $15.99

This will display either a drop down with the above text or radio buttons with this text.

You will have to set the price & offset in the attribute controller to obtain the correct $values for the cart.
