Creating A New Popup Window

I am attempting to create a new pop up window, but I am not able to get a new page to show up at all. If I type the following in the url:
http://www.digitalssinc.com/store/in...popup_cvv_help

It takes me to the page that contains the information for that popup.

I created a new one

http://www.digitalssinc.com/store/in..._international

but it acts like it does not exists, bringing me to the home page, as non existent pages are redirected to the home page.

I created a directory under my template directory called popup_international, same place that the popup_cvv_help directory is.
Then I copied the file that was in popup_cvv_help to the international directory. I modified the file to contain information that I wanted, and even if I had an error in my code, I tried it with the copied version from cvv_help, and still the page will not come up.

I created a filename under filenames.php.

What else do I need to do for a new page to be recognized?

Never mind, I got it. I had to create a directory in /includes/modules/pages as well and include the header and js files are in the /includes/modules/pages popup_cvv_help directory. -Gigi
