Define Pages in Admin area are 10pixels wide

Hello,

Having just done a fresh vanilla install,

I've noticed that my define pages editor dialogue box in admin area is about 10 pixels wide.

To clarify its the box where the dummy text is --
<p> <strong>Main Page Sample Text*...</strong></p>

Is there a way to make it wider?
so I can see what I'm doing in the dialogue box?

I've searched the forums, but didn't find anything.

This is not normal as you probably expected.

I can only theorize that one or more of your files on install are/were corrupt.

Take care to preserve your changes files (especially your configure.php files)

Get a good FTP client and re-upload at least the admin directory you can do this folder by folder. or copy your configure files first, upload the whole folder and replace the configure.php files.

I suspect this has to do with a stylesheet setting for TEXTAREA width parameters. IE is flaky when it comes to this. Does it show properly in FireFox ?

Thank you Zobra and Dr Bytes,

I use both Opera and Firefox, and was working dominately in Opera at the time.

Just checked @ firefox and it rendered fine.

Now an known issue of Opera 8 rendering incorrectly, not sure if its due to any of my opera settings, I'll check later.
