    Default Customer not able to log in or view catagories

    i had a customer on the fone who could not log in even though he had registered a number of times. He was not able to view any products within a catagory and no matter what he did, he was directed to first page.

    Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? I am not having any issues personally.

    Were you able to fix this?

    Other than I had to create an account with UK ... I can see prices with or without login ...

    Note: your first category has no products in it ... maybe it confused your customer?

    no i even sent the customer the link, but still kept coming up with home page...

    It might well have been his pc, but i ran him through a few cleanups to no avail

    I have a customer who has created two accounts, and not been able to log in either. It turns out that both accounts he created had an email address starting with a number. He would always get the error that that username/password could not be found. I am using an older version of Zencart, with a modification so that the customer number can be used instead of an email address to log in, so that might be the problem though. Anyone else running into this?

    Sorry, I realized that my small hack to the log-in was what was causing the problems, too bad, it was a nice easy way of logging in, guess I'll have to make it a little better.

    I am able to make an account with an email that starts with a number as well ... 223test223@my_domain.com
