Can anyone tell me how to change the text in the task bar from "Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce" To soemthing more specific to my own site?

Find the file includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php

Make a copy named includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php where YOUR_TEMPLATE is the name of the directory in which the template you are using is located

Edit the following lines the new file

// page title
define('TITLE', 'Zen Cart!');

// Site Tagline
define('SITE_TAGLINE', 'The Art of E-commerce');
